VoiceCtrl requires microphone access solely to display real-time volume levels. Audio data is processed in-memory and is never saved to disk or sent over the network.
VoiceCtrl stores your preferences (threshold setting, mini mode state, window position) locally on your device. This data never leaves your computer.
VoiceCtrl may check for updates via its update server or the Microsoft Store. No personal information is transmitted during update checks.
